By using FreshPost ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

FreshPost is an AI-powered content generation platform that creates images for WhatsApp Status, Instagram Stories, and social media posts. Content is generated using artificial intelligence models.

2. Account Registration

You must provide a valid phone number to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

3. Free Tier & Credit Packs

Free Tier: 3 image generations per day, 20 per month, watermark on images
Credit Packs: One-time purchase, never expire. 1 credit = 1 generation without watermark. Packs: 1 (₹5), 10 (₹40), 50 (₹150), 100 (₹250)

4. Content Ownership

AI-generated content created through FreshPost is for your personal, non-commercial use. You may share generated content on social media platforms. You may NOT resell, redistribute, or use generated content for commercial purposes without permission.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content is generated by AI models and may not always be perfect. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of all generated content. Generated images may occasionally contain imperfections.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use the Service to generate harmful, offensive, or illegal content
Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
Use automated bots to access the Service
Reverse engineer or copy the Service
Misrepresent AI-generated content as human-created for deceptive purposes

7. Payments & Refunds

Credit packs are one-time purchases processed through Razorpay (INR) or PayPal (USD). Credits never expire and there are no recurring charges.

Refund Policy: Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if credits are unused. Contact support@dailyfreshpost.com for refund requests.

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance with prior notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

FreshPost is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

10. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
