FreshPost ("we", "our", "us") operates the FreshPost mobile application and website (the "Service"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data.

Account Information: Phone number (for OTP verification), name, and profile image.

Usage Data: Content you generate, interests you select, and how you interact with the app.

Device Information: Device type, operating system, and browser type for improving our service.

Photos: If you upload photos for content creation, they are processed by our AI models and stored temporarily.

To create and manage your account
To generate personalized AI content based on your interests
To save and deliver your generated content
To send notifications about your daily content (if enabled)
To improve our AI models and service quality
To process payments for credit purchases

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers hosted on Microsoft Azure (India region). Generated images are stored on Azure Blob Storage. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

Firebase — Authentication (phone number verification)
AI Image Generation — Proprietary AI models for content creation
Microsoft Azure — Cloud hosting and storage
Razorpay / PayPal — Payment processing (for credit purchases)

5. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data with service providers (listed above) solely for operating the Service.

6. Your Rights

Access: Request a copy of your personal data
Delete: Request deletion of your account and all associated data
Export: Download your generated content
Opt-out: Disable notifications at any time

7. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. Generated content is stored for 30 days. Upon account deletion, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
