Child Safety Standards

FreshPost ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting children and maintaining a safe environment for all users. We have a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and any form of child endangerment. This page describes the standards we follow in accordance with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy.

1. Zero-Tolerance Policy

We strictly prohibit any content, conduct, or material that sexualizes, exploits, abuses, or endangers children, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This applies to all content created, uploaded, shared, or distributed through the Service. Any violation results in immediate removal of the content, termination of the offending account, and reporting to the appropriate authorities.

2. How We Prevent and Address Abuse

• FreshPost is intended for users aged 13 and above. It is not designed for or directed at children.
• AI-generated content is governed by safety filters that block the creation of sexual, abusive, or exploitative content involving minors.
• We review reports of policy-violating content and remove violating material promptly.
• We cooperate fully with law enforcement and child-protection organizations, and we report apparent child sexual abuse material to the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable.

3. Reporting Child Safety Concerns

If you encounter any content or behavior on FreshPost that may sexualize, exploit, or endanger a child, please report it immediately. You can report concerns through any of the following:

• Email us at support@dailyfreshpost.com with the subject line "Child Safety Report".
• Use the in-app report or contact option to flag content or accounts.

We treat all child safety reports as the highest priority and act on them as quickly as possible.

4. Compliance with Laws and Standards

We comply with all applicable child safety laws and with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy. We continually review and improve our practices, content moderation, and AI safety filters to keep children safe.
